• Implemented a transformative shift from an Excel-based MPL to a cloud-based Project Web App database, enhancing data collection, management, and sharing capabilities, while automating reporting processes and enabling quick custom report generation.
• Developed and managed a Portfolio Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard, facilitating clear communication of portfolio analytics, insights, and updates to project stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and currently featured in OLG performance Reports.

ERP Implementation

• Spearheaded ERP project responsibilities, including gathering, organizing, and tracking EPMO requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing automated portfolio financial reports.
• Provided comprehensive training and operational support to the EPMO team post-launch, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of the new system.
