• I built many relationships with customers and enjoy seeing them daily. My main goal at work was to make every customer feel welcome and enjoy their visit in the shop. My duties included: brewing coffee, making specialty drinks, having the knowledge on each drink, cleaning, stocking grocery items, having knowledge on each specialty item that we carried and communicating with each individual who came into the shop. I thrive in environments where interacting with people is a must.

• I started working part time at the bar and grill since it opened (June 2017) ranging from all hours, day and night shifts. This job required serving the public with a good attitude and ensuring the customers were happy.

• Night and evening shift duties: Checking guests in and out, washing/folding laundry, setting up breakfast room, stalking breakfast and coffee, cleaning lobby and front entrance, cleaning kitchen, in charge of night audit, counting cash and ensuring a balance, answering the phone, attending to customers needs and making sure they have a super stay.

• Daily job duties were to provide and care for each individual as needed. Visited client’s homes - cooking, cleaning, regular weight check, exercises, walking, changing oxygen, caring for pets, laundry, dishes, and providing conversation.
