• Developed training to increase understanding on topics such as reconciliation, residential schools, Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW), and contemporary Indigenous challenges

Worked collaboratively with the Region of Waterloo and community partners to make transformational change in community wellbeing

• Collaborated with partner agencies to promote and implement the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's 94 Calls to Action
• Co-facilitated educational workshops for community members

• Ensured documentation completion according to ministry standards in alternative care homes and families
• Advocated for the needs of families and children and provided support as needed
