- Experience has researched, analysed and assessed the conditions of inadmissibility of temporary and permanent resident applications as well as those of refugee claims referred by Canadian missions abroad as these applications are associated with the possible conditions of inadmissibility under sections 34, 35, and 37 of the IRPA.
- Experience in providing advice and support to domestic and international partners as well as officials on issues of terrorism, espionage, subversion, war crimes, crimes against humanity and organized crime.

  Knowledge of legislation, policies and directives related to terms and conditions of employment; Knowledge of trends and/or issues related to compensation and benefits services
  Knowledge of Compensation Operational Transactions
