Equipment Operation

• Utilized 8- to 16-foot orchard ladders safely and efficiently, and operated Stihl Kombi systems (models 91–94) to maintain hedges of varying sizes.
• Used bypass hand pruners and loppers alongside pole saws and pole pruners to care for trees and shrubs.

• Dumped and greased the dump trailer regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Landscape Installation & Maintenance

• Applied pesticides, fertilizers, and lime to trees, shrubs, and lawns using sprayers, spreaders, and hand application; treated moss in lawns with ferrous sulfate via tanker truck and hose.
• Applied bark mulch to tree wells and garden beds using wheelbarrows and hard rakes, ensuring mulch was evenly distributed and not piled too high against the bases of trees and shrubs to maintain plant health.
• Spread road base using landscape rakes and compacted it with a 10,000+ lbs plate compactor.
• Performed dormant tree and shrub pruning during winter months, following basic pruning procedures.
• Cleared sites of fallen leaves during the fall months to maintain a clean and safe appearance.
• Redefined garden beds and tree wells using edging shovels.
• Salted walkways and driveway pads using buckets and spreaders, and shoveled snow to keep areas clear and safe.
