As a Customs Brokerage lead, I am responsible for 8 individuals in my brokerage department. I communicate with my team and other colleagues to prepare documents that are to be processed by our Entry Processing Team. I manage the workload and delegate responsibilities to my team to get documents processed in a timely manner.
