I worked in customer service for over 25 years in different areas. I am a fast learner and a people person. I had the privilege of taking part in several programs over the years to sharpen my skills along the way. From agent, to employee support desk, to trainer, to team manager, I am driven to bring the best to the workplace, and inspire the people I work with to reach greatness as a team.
Assist members with roadside assistance requests and questions. Make recommendation on the various membership levels. Also assisting new and existing members with getting the right coverage for their needs.
Meeting sales target and other metrics defined by the company.
Also a member of the party and event committee. responsible for planning events, sending birthday emails to other agents as well as work anniversary emails to keep employee recognition and moral up.
Currently taking part to a pilot project for a live chat team, based on my expertise from my previous job at Rogers.
