I had the privilege of taking part in several programs over the years to sharpen my skills along the way. Assist members with roadside assistance requests and questions. Make recommendation on the various membership levels. Also assisting new and existing members with getting the right coverage for their needs.

Meeting sales target and other metrics defined by the company.

Also a member of the party and event committee. responsible for planning events, sending birthday emails to other agents as well as work anniversary emails to keep employee recognition and moral up.

Currently taking part to a pilot project for a live chat team, based on my expertise from my previous job at Rogers.

  • During my years at Rogers, I had many roles and tasks.
  • When I first started in Sept 2017, I was customer service agent on the phones, but quickly moved up the ranks. I did Loyalty team, support team (assisting other agents with questions and problems), Team manager replacements. Transferred over to the business section where I started as a customer service agent, and also did the same path, moving up to Loyalty, support and team manager replacement. I joined the chat team while in the business team, and the team got transferred back with regular accounts after a year. I also had a team manager position for 6 months before some cuts and were sent back to my chat agent position.

  • During my stay at Rogers, I had the chance to take part to a program called LEAD, by SwitchGear. This program aims at developing leaders to become more efficient coaches for their agents.
  • While I was a Business agent for Rogers, I was the recipient of Customer service awards for 2 Quarters in a row having surpassed expectations with the customer satisfaction results.

Hobbies and Interests

I like music and to play strategic board games when I can find the time to sit and relax., I also like to do spend time with my kid playing video games and action figures., Going to the beach in the summer is something I discovered in the recent years, and is now always a must every summer!
