As senior manager of my department, my roles and responsibilities were primarily supportive for property management, asset management, leasing and building operations. The technical role engaged in building management, supporting day to day operations optimizing efficiency in maintenance tasks, scheduling, regulatory compliance and national standards. Management duties implemented capital planning and lifecycle renewal strategies, budgeting and report preparation, business case development for major project and tenant improvements.
