I'm a fast learner who's eager to work and make something of himself. I currently play junior hockey which proves that I have a coachable personality and can work well with a team. Currently im one of the older guys on my hockey team so I also know how to act in front of a younger crowd and how to be a leader to others. I've been living away from my parents since I was in grade 10 for hockey and that has given me the opportunity to mature a lot faster then some of my friends and peers who still live at home because it forced me to do a lot of stuff that normally your parents would do for you and I feel like that has helped mature me drastically faster and has helped me learn a lot of lessons in the last few years.
Was tasked with picking up paint in the morning, going to the jobsite with my painting gear and supplies and id converse with the customer about the specifics of the job and their preferences for their house. I would have the responsibility of staying on tasks and finishing the house with a partner as fast and as good as possible. There was select times where id take payments from the customer when the job was done and hold onto that until i saw my boss. I wasn't able to get these payments without doing a walk-around and getting complete satisfaction from the customer.
I worked in a smaller Canadian Tire location where my jobs as a seasonal sales associate might've been different from that of a different Canadian Tire location. Each day i was tasked with unloading stock carts that came off recent trucks and put them all correctly into their places on the shelves or in overflow storage areas when needed. While i was doing this I would also be helping any customer that came up and asked for my assistance. I would make trips to the warehouse to find products that are empty on the shelf but a customer is asking for and i was also a very versatile employee here i was slotted into shifts in the sports and hardware departments when then needed extra bodies on those days.
