I respond in both english and french to incoming enquiries from dealers, advisors and shareholders. I investigate, address and resolve issues, concerns and enquiries regarding CIBC Mellon’s clients, their investment products, and fund account activity.

• Working with authorized dealers, (Club Piscine franchises, independent retailers in Quebec and Clair Azur, the leading retailer in France) to ensure operational and logistical optimization and operations.
• Oversee end-to-end customer deliveries, parts sales/orders, shipping, backorder resolution and supply chain issues
• Acting as as a lead point for dealers, sales representative, distributors, carriers and parts manufacturers.
• Meet customer service team shipment targets.
• IT Tools: Microsoft Business Central, Excel and Navision.

• Process transfer-in (inbound calls) requests according to service level agreements.
• Track status and follow-up on initiating transfers.
• Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions.
• Assist/cover others in the Transfers Department as needed.
• Handle special projects or other assignments as requested.

• Identifies the root cause of the client's software or system issues and uses system analysis and testing techniques to solve.
• Assists customers in gaining the most value from their Sage products and services.

Develop and manage a channel partners « mid-market » throughout France.

• Main focus the generation, support and continued growth of:

- Milestone video management software sales

- Existing reseller partner development

- Provide on-boarding assistance to newly signed channel partners

• Tools: Salesforce Lightning and MS Power BI

• Participate in the development of marketing strategies / marketing campaigns for a real estate/mortgage company
• Tools: Google ads, Google analytics, Hootsuite, Canva

• In charge of the International coordination (35 countries) for Vichy International, Daily links with the local agencies to determine the local needs and the supervision of the local adaptations.
• Assistant account executive for Aminexil-Dercos (Vichy) Anti Hair loss shampoo: • Setting up the advertising campaign (TV, Print, Digital).
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
