During Covid-19, I worked for continuous switching shifts with a huge team of 50 employees including new joiners and senior employees. Held few meetings for much better harmony between all the employees and healthy workspace where everyone can work coordinately, in the absence of the superiors, by tracking their performance and providing constant feedbacks which helps fosters the performance of individual employees.
