I was the lead cook in the service of a daily breakfast buffet consisting of hot and cold fare. In addition to the breakfast prep, I did prep for the lunch and dinner services.

• I guided museumgoers, informing them of wildlife in the surrounding wetlands and explaining exhibitions. I managed the entrance fees and gift shop, as well as offering directions and tourist information.

• Utilised heavy machinery and performed physical labour within a mill, assisting the head sawyer in producing high-quality lumber.

• I prepared local gourmet meals, planned menus and served customers for a small catering company. This entailed the use of precision, resilience, human skills and time management.
