• Sign up new members, process renewals, and collect membership dues.
• Issue official membership card (using computers, cameras, and printers) and temporary cards.
• Setting up credit card applications while maintaining strict data confidentiality
• Answer member questions regarding warehouse policies, product locations, and upgrade programs.

Refund and Return Processing:

• Process product returns and membership fee refunds accurately and quickly.
• Handle cash, check, debit and credit transactions securely.
• Inspect returned merchandise, sort items, and place them on carts, flatbeds, or shelves.
• secure supervisor or manager approval for complex or high-value return.

General Operation and Safety:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well- stocked service counter area,
• Follow safety rules, including the proper disposal of hazardous return materials.
• Assist in other departments or step in to help with warehouse marketing when needed.
