The vast majority of my working career has been customer service oriented. I've worked with customers at restaurants, injured workers, health care professionals small businesses at WSIB, and taxpayers at CRA, from pretty much all walks of life.
I realize what people need is to feel valued, important, and cared for. They want to trust the individual they are working with. They want to know the individual looking after them is competent, and actually truly cares that their experience in the restaurant, over the phone, in the hospital - will be one of comfort and trust.
Through my three decades in various customer service based industries, I have developed a very fine tuned and perceptive understanding of clients' needs. It brings me such satisfaction and reward to see a client smile with understanding, smile in trust, smile knowing I have their best interest at heart.
My 10 years in martial arts has taught me to be the best person I can be. I am strong physically and mentally. Life has taught me strength, and humour. Not very much out there would phase me, which is particularly important, as clients need to see confidence when someone is looking after them.
