-Able to competently perform complex and routine maintenance and repairs to water and sewer systems.

-Ability to work autonomously without supervision.

-Skilled operator of heavy duty machinery such as HVAC truck, front end loader, tandem and single axle trucks, crane truck.

-Senior role in water meter reading program.

-Exemplary relations and communication with community members.

-Volunteer member of standby on call duty program.

-Knowledge and competent performance of roads and drainage maintenance and repairs.

-Able to carry out tasks without supervision.

-Mechanically inclined in all tools and equipment.

-Maintenance of Municipal building and parks\trails\beach accesses.

-Public relations with volunteer parks associations. ie. Friends of Dominion Park.

-Knowledge of equipment and machinery required to perform Parks and Building maintenance tasks.
