Responsible to the Captain for duties pertaining to passenger safety and comfort as well as Supervision of Flight Attendants.

Cleaning and maintaining chimneys, hearths, wood-burning stoves, and outdoor fireplaces.
Adjust, repair or replace mechanical or electrical system parts and components using hand tools and equipment.
Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance. Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment.
Advise customers on work performed and general condition of equipment.
Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs fireplaces, wood stoves, gas inserts, and chimney systems
Support to gas technicians by assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems and appliances, while adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
Handling equipment, checking for gas leaks under supervision, organizing tools and materials, reading technical drawings, and performing basic site preparation, all while learning and developing skills under the guidance of a certified technician.
Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Processes all purchase transactions in a timely and efficient manner, including deactivation of merchandise with respect to the EAS Program.
Promotes company sponsor programs, i.e., credit card service, product protection and charity initiatives.
Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.

Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
