Accomplishments

    - Maintained and evolved the Self Scheduling for NICU to support staff in their staffing needs and personal satisfaction for our unit. Currently this is online through Google Sheets and Excel.

    - Assisted with many components of infection control for our unit including-Hand Hygiene Audit and communication with infection control. Signage and teaching of staff about appropriate cleansers for bedside cleaning.
