- Review, collect, and document children’s incident reports which are then filed and made available for inspection purposes.
- Record monthly attendance for different agencies and submit attendance to Childcare Services
- Ensure that Assessment for Quality Improvement (AQI) requirements are met, and conduct quarterly mock AQI visits. During AQI visits, if any recommendations and or Opportunity for Important (OFI) are made by consultant, will strategize with staff on how to make improvements in program.
