• Actively assess and respond to youth mental health and medical crisis by performing dynamic risk assessments through a therapeutic approach.
• Managed a team of employees who work in the residential cottage by supplying adequate therapeutic trainings, weekly supervisions, safety planning, and facilitating meeting across shifts and other cottage team members.

• Specifically selected from all student workers by administrators to personally take on a caseload of 450 Sonoma State Students to serve them as an intermediate counselor where I aided them with any academic or personal conflicts they endured during the abrupt transition during the pandemic.
• Created weekly general outreach, as well as conducted research for an array of services they may need, such as mental health care and financial assistance in their specific residential locations.

Since I was 15 years old, I have continuously had a job. In the beginning of my working years these primarily included restaurant and private company customer services. Because of these positions, I have become very adaptable to fast paced environments, customer service, and quality production of goods. Positions include, Hostess, Busser, Barista, Customer Service Hotline, and Warehouse Assembly Worker.
