As one of 14 Senior Staff, led a Junior Staff of 56 young adults in the operation of a $1mm CAD summer camp/resort, with particular resosibility for daily meal and dining hall operations, developing and delivering "Leader in Training" program, and as manager for the camp store with $CAD in sales.

• Trained and supervised a team of 17 junior staff members, conducted performance reviews and delivered feedback.
• Developed continuous improvement programs with kitchen staff regarding dining hall operations.
• Created and implemented new systems to more accurately record inventory and streamline meal service operations.
• Served as liaison between kitchen and guests regarding food quality and dietary restrictions, and resolved customer service issues as they arose.

• Supervised campers during off-site trail rides and activities on-site (check-in, pick-up games) conducting multiple head counts, communicate regularly with counselors in different groups.

• Conducted regular check-ins with staff to discuss areas of improvement, conducted seasonal employee reports for regional manager, relayed daily updates on the operations of the camp to the regional manager
