My career in the Mental Health field started with the supervision and coordination of the Mental Health Services in a Toronto Courthouse from 1999- 2004. My intuition, bilingualism (English/French) and compassion also served me well as a Teacher for the T.D.S.B. from 2006-present.
I have and demonstrate an unconditional positive regard for all of my clients.
I believe that the safe rapport I have nurtured with my clients has encouraged an opening of their vulnerability and personal growth toward more happiness.
I am currently running a private practice remotely for individuals and couples.
I am trained in the Relational Psychotherapy Approach and have clients of all ages, races, cultures, sexual orientations and gender identities.
I am well versed in working with Trauma, Neurodivergence, Displacement/Immigration, Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Burnout/Stress, Depression, Domestic Violence, Family of Origin, Grief/Loss, Learning Disorder, PTSD, Relationships, Self Esteem.
I use the following modalities:
