Consultation & Solutions Design

• Primary responsibility for scoping client needs and designing a service-specific solution, workflow, and deliverables on large scale eDiscovery projects.

Project Management

• Responsible for the day-to-day execution of project work and ensuring that deliverables meet the project's quality standards and delivery deadlines.

Technical & Process Expertise

• Mastery of the in-house proprietary search and analytics tools functionality
• Knowledge of other eDiscovery software's like Relativity and Concordance
• Analyze email chains, metadata, subject matter, and sentiment to identify crucial themes, identify key players and potential witnesses, establish timelines, and understand who communicated what to whom and when—as a part of early case assessment during litigation
• Search for key/hot documents amongst huge volumes of electronically stored information, in order to support testing case theories, creating fact chronologies, identifying new witnesses, and uncovering previously unknown facts as a part of case preparation during litigation
• Review and analyze large volumes of data as a part of technology assisted review for document production during the eDiscovery phase of litigation

Project Communications & Information Management

• Make sure the team members have the information and resources they need to do their jobs.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Support and serve the project team as coordinator, coach, communications chief, and leader.

Analyst

• Work with interdisciplinary teams and play active roles in all aspects of large-scale eDiscovery projects from scoping requirements to delivering results.
• Document review and coding, information analysis/synthesis, subject matter research/modeling, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead team in the capacity of a Team Lead and a Project Lead during the development of the eDiscovery projects.

Manager/Sr. Manager

• Managing workflow, reporting progress, risk identification and mitigation on large scale eDiscovery projects and being a point of contact between the team in Asia Pacific and the project team in North America.
• Identifying project specific training requirements and coordinating the training sessions with the trainer’s.
• Coordinating lessons learned sessions after every project in order to work towards better integration of team in Asia Pacific with the team in North America.
• Conducting feedback sessions with the document review analysts on a project team.
• Leadership development of a select set of up & coming leads &/or junior managers.
• Conducted performance evaluations, compensations and hiring to maintain appropriate staffing requirements.
