  • Health System Planning and Improvement: Coordinates and conducts analysis of local health-care system based on provincial and local data and input from health service providers (e.g. Hospital VP/CNEs to support health human resource needs in acute care hospitals).
  • System Capacity Planning: Monitors access and flow performance metrics across the East Region for programs like Emergency Services and identifies trends, gaps and areas of opportunity
  • Develop and Lead Stakeholder Relations and issues management: Leads discussions in department and stakeholder meetings, working groups, committees. Accomplished through work with Emergency Disaster Management and planning for surge and respiratory season.
  • Project management and objectives delivery: Develops, manages and executes on work plans, including tracking milestones, project risks, and project status.
