• Developed project plans and risk management plans for effective management of government funded DOH project lifecycles.
• Managed multiple activities effectively such as quality assurance, engineering, First Nations and stakeholder engagement, communication, regulatory approvals, procurement, planning and controls, construction management, pre-commissioning, employee relations, and safety by using project management principles in monitoring progress and establishing standards for implementation to keep projects within allotted time and budget.

• Helped BCH save ~$13,000 in travel costs and expenses for Phase 2 of Roger's government funded connectivity projects in Hudson's Hope.

• Master scheduler of all NGM PureFibre and Copper projects, team leader of Residential and Commercial customer premise forecast and delivery reporting at Director level, and Prime JIRA trainer for internal and external stakeholders.

• Managed multiple medium to complex telecom network capital wireline projects within scope, on time and on budget, and evaluated project deliverable changes and determined their impact on related and interdependent tasks and projects.
