
Having lived in Japan for the past four years while pursuing my college education, I've developed strong cross-cultural communication skills, and conversational fluency in Japanese. My experience in multiple customer service roles has made me highly attuned to customer needs, and effective in maintaining positive, professional interactions. As a student leader, I organized and led orientation camp programs for incoming freshmen, gaining hands-on experience in event coordination, teamwork, and managing group dynamics under pressure. These experiences have strengthened my ability to stay calm, think critically, and make effective decisions in high-stress environments. I bring a solutions-oriented mindset, a global perspective, and enthusiasm for learning to every role I take on.
