o Handling the cash register, as a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.

o Responsible for supporting Justice and Attorney General with effective legal policy, research and data services.
o Providing legal policy advice, operational policy and services related to justice issues.
o Delivering excellence in research on justice trends
o Delivering support and leadership for the Ministry at Intergovernmental and interministerial tables
o Leading strategic engagement with internal partners.
o Building strength in Ministry programs and services through additional policy and research support as needed.

o Evaluated programs using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., conducted survey on persistent issues).
o Coordinated a religious program as a youth leader.
o Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
o Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.

o Good communicator with the ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.

o Managed returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy.

o Identifying interest in customers by explaining products and services and initiating conversations.
o Communicating clearly and displayed positive energy and professional outward appearance to foster welcoming environment.
o Resolving customer issues and concerns by listening attentively, identifying root issue and implementing best resolution possible.
