• To support the Ministry's objectives, I oversee and collaborate with colleagues on portfolios such as Woundpedia, Home and Community Care Support Services, Wounds Canada, Windreach Farm and many more.
• Prepared a range of draft analyses for funding allocation for over $100,000+ (i.e. transfer payment agreement, Minister's Letter) for senior staff to examine and execute.
• Liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate program delivery and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to uphold the Ministry's commitment to service while providing each client with exceptional professionalism and assistance.
• Produce thorough and relevant reports (i.e briefing notes, excel assessments, decks) that adhere to the legislative procedure in order to resolve any gaps in program implementation.

Policy Analyst

• Analyzed discrepancies in funding allocation to ensure successful implementation in line with the division's fiscal budget.
• Led health equity assessments on palliative care, explicitly funding allocation for hospices in Ontario. The objective was to make the province's financial allocation more egalitarian.
• Collaborated with implementation leads on high-profile files worth over $3 billion.
• Gathered data, metrics, and anomalies for community paramedicine, the temporary retention incentive for nurses and other files to provide senior staff high-level, thorough summaries via briefing decks and excel reports.
• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
• Gained extensive knowledge in data entry, analysis and reporting.

• Led and organized daily team meetings to assess productivity in other departments. If any problems were identified, I effectively resolved conflicts by identifying individual department needs while maintaining company goals.

• Compiled detailed weekly progress reports to track, analyze and update the Programs Manager, on company's performance, budget goals, and expenses.
