"FarmFresh" - Design of an Online Sales Platform APP for Local Agricultural Products in Canada (Team Project) 2023/11
- Propose three research questions, identify the problem space, and based on the problem space, determine the user personas. Establish a timeline in meetings and lead in the allocation of tasks.
- Decide on specific interviewees based on user personas, interview priorities, and interview questions. The final interviewees were determined to be local farmers and potential users of all age groups.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes through interviews and surveys, determine main functions based on user needs and establish a User Flow diagram. Then, conduct a second round of research until the high-fidelity prototype is completed.
- Implement an APP design on Figma that is visually appealing, stylistically unified, and features dual interfaces for buyers and sellers.
- Ensure users can complete a process of searching, product page, adding to cart, payment, delivery status, and receiving goods under one seamless experience.
- Ensure merchants can easily view dashboard data and manage the status of backend products.

- By analyzing the original website, complete the design rationale. Confirm the overall style and functionality.
- Confirm the website site map, then use Figma to create a low-fidelity prototype and conduct user testing.
- Modify the prototype based on user feedback until a high-fidelity prototype is completed.
- Use HTML to create the basic website framework, inserting the most basic images, icons, etc., to ensure that basic functions and links work properly.
- Use CSS to create the website style and animations, and ensure compatibility across multiple platform browsers (mobile and desktop).
- Conduct final user testing.

- Determine the Design Brief, confirming the Problem Space and Proposed Space, to establish specific goals and expectations.
- Conduct background research to set direction and create virtual User Personas.
Perform Competitors Analysis to identify main competitors and alternatives, concluding the project as a virtual electronic garden.
- Create a User Flow Diagram and use Figma to complete a low-fidelity model. Then, identify users based on personas to obtain Quantitative and Qualitative results until a high-fidelity model is completed.
