- As branch head librarian and staff team member, managed and performed daily procedures at the Napanee Public Library and performed outreach at local branches to implement policies, safety procedures, and trained staff; organized and implemented adults and children's library events and promoted library services in the community and in press publications
- Opened and closed branch library, received and processed returned library materials, cared for materials including repairs, kept accurate logs and statistics and reconciled finances, implemented province-wide computer access program and trained patrons regularly on computer use and assisted with IT networking and fixing computer issues
