Summary

My first two experiences as a customer service representative, over a year and a half, allowed me to stand out and earn the trust of my employer, who entrusted me with two international assignments in Europe—one in Paris and the other in Marseille. Upon my return, I was promoted twice, first as a Quality Auditor and later as a Team Leader.

A few years later, I moved to Canada to begin a new chapter in my career and personal life. Since then, I have been working as a Retail Sales Supervisor, a role that has allowed me to adapt quickly to a new environment, strengthen my leadership skills, and gain valuable experience in the Canadian market.

Beyond my professional journey, I am also a passionate reader of novels. Every night before bedtime, I enjoy immersing myself in stories, living the adventures alongside the characters, and experiencing their emotions as if they were my own.
