Was also responsible fo training and evaluation of a small Malagasy overhead crane technician crew. Was also involved in the Ambatovy overhead crane operation training program as an on-site consultant. Lastly, was also responsible for the office side of the position organizng and prioritizing jobs, writing reports, spreadsheets, quotes, modification/repair estimates, ordering parts, ordering hoists, ordering cranes, etc.
