In addition to the roles & responsibilities of Direct Investing Phone Specialist,

• Understand financial needs of clients, provides appropriate solutions & guidance on range of Direct Investing products & services.
• Perform customer due diligence, execute various trade orders within registered & non registered accounts of Direct Investing clients as per their suitability & request.
• Provide product details, guidance & educate clients on various securities available for Direct Investing.
• Identify & manage risks, and escalate high risk activities as necessary.
• Support timely completion of business processes & procedures.
• Identify, suggest & actively participate in process improvement opportunities.

• Deliver outstanding service support to Direct Investing clients with moderately complex transactions with aim to provide complete and correct solutions first time.
• Perform all kinds of cash & in-kind transactions within Direct Investing registered and non registered accounts.
• Educate Direct Investing clients about various policies & procedures related to Direct Investing accounts.
• Perform account transfers, assets gathering & deepening client relationships.
• Educate Direct Investing clients on various registered and non-registered account procedures.

• Appraised customers for short term & long term borrowings & thorough validation of cheques for cashing.
• Store cash and electronic fund transfer management.
• Supported to branch audits and store administrative activities.
• Carried out collection calls and debt recovery measures.

• Ensured delivery of comprehensive client level credit appraisals & risk evaluation for various credit facilities offered by the Bank.
• In-depth analysis of financial statements, financial forecast & business performances of various businesses.
