- Operate and tend to automated manufacturing equipment (e.g. Sublate machine for ablating sheet metal part); including robotics and fixed automation equipment.
- Quick Multiple Parts Changeover for different part models during the shift while changing configuration of suction cups setting on Dtrans, Straps and Posuni side.
- Daily/weekly safety audit before start and end of shift for safe handover from previous shift and next shift respectively.
- Interpret and understand machine readouts on multiple screen and adjust setting to accommodate for material variance, quality requirements and thresholds.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure good quality product based on predetermine standards and requirements.
- Assist with machine changeover and setting up pre-programmed automation systems.
- Record accurate production data in computerized systems (parts per hour, scrap, down-time, part traceability).
- Independently conduct through pre-shift work cell inspection ensuring the machine is in good working order and all safety and production concerns are reported and handled before machine start-up.
- Conduct regular and end of shift housekeeping duties including sweeping, deposing of trash and scrap, etc.
