I am responsible for assisting in loading and unloading hundreds of vehicles a day, managing traffic flow, providing information and support at ferry terminals. Key duties include operations of ramp ,directing vehicles, insuring safety and protocols are followed, and handling customer inquiries and problems. The role requires a strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

• Conducted regular equipment maintenance checks to ensure proper functionality and safety standards were met.
• Conducted routine inspections of safety equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Managed cash transactions accurately, maintaining financial security within the workplace.

• Managed day to day operations, the scheduling of a minimum of 20 teams a day, book keeping, cash handling and pay role. I preformed equipment maintenance and ensured safe operations of machines and facility equipment. I trained all employees in safety of equipment , POS, and all general customer interactions.
• Developed and implemented operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Managed daily business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.

• Provided landscaping services, including lawn care plant maintenance turf management, and new installations ,and hedge shaping I operated a variety of landscaping equipment, maintaining and servicing all tools and machinery. prepared invoices and managed client communications.
