• Mealtime assistance: Assisting clients with nutritional intake, partial or complete feeding
• Safe handling and mobility: Assisting clients in positioning, transferring, and mobility using assistive devices and techniques per their care needs.
• Following established fall prevention interventions as per the client's personalized plan of care
• Maintaining environmental safety by identifying, reporting risk and safety hazards
• Following established skin integrity protocols
• Observed vital signs for documentation, follow-up, and reporting status changes to RN/LPN
• Collaborate with other professionals in reporting changes in clients' needs.
