• Supervise driver's performance who transport goods to and from determined locations.

• Allocate drivers' tasks and ensure that all trips are assigned and covered.

• Manage and organize the everyday tasks and hold drivers’ meetings as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate efficient maintenance schedules to keep systems running at peak levels.

• Train drivers on company policies & procedures and monitor compliance.

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints to avoid any issue which may arise.

• Maintain adequate recruitment and work with administrative staff to hire drivers.

• Inspect the equipment to ensure that the Safety & mechanical items are in good working order.

• Work with the Maintenance Department to coordinate services & repairs to the equipment.
