I have filled numerous positions at SaskPower, all being clerical-related. Duties included
- Record keeping, including accurate minutes at meetings, using computers, calculators, dictaphones, shorthand, and computer programs.
- Time administration, accurately verifying shift schedules and employee payroll.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings, training courses, travel plans.
- Scheduling maintenance, keeping a 6-year cycle of 7,000 SaskPower hotline tools balanced, creating shop papers, and updating maintenance records of each tool.
- Invoicing customers accurately for services rendered.
- File management, record management, public relations, ordering supplies, data input, and many other related duties.
