- Plumb and Level doors, walls, window openings, shower benches as well as placing backing for drywall.
- Cut and lift walls after cutting all the trimmers, king studs, headers, and cripples for layout before bracing.
- Install blocking for stair rails, kitchen cabinets, toilet holders, towel bars, Tv mounts, and above and below window openings before nailing cs16 strap outside where its structural.
- Cut 7x7 to 10x10 holes in e-joist depending on what the HVAC request or rim joist if the plans call for it.
- Straight edge walls before installing plywood in structural areas of the house or where there are imperfections that drywallers request before inspection.
- Nail 1x1, 2x4 or 2x6 studs for the hip and ridge depending on what the roof calls for so that roofers can install roof tiles.
- Screw SDS screws to bottom plates into the rim joist where its required and ledgers before installing joist hangers.
- Anchor down bottom plates/mud sills to fasten walls to the foundation as well as install hold downs.
- Clean and organize any material that can still be used for later such as hardware, OSB, nuts and washers, nails, flashing, and lumber.
- Straight edge joist making sure its level before installing OSB as well as unloading screws, glue and 8d nails.

- Install blocking for the ventilation vents.
- Help tie and unload trusses onto the roof.
- Remove scaffolds used for installing trusses and fascia.
- Install and remove any marks that inspector sprays with paint to pass inspection.
- Nail LTP4's, A35's or LS50 onto sheathing where structural.
- Frame an area access for the HVAC including platform.
- Remove or add 2x4, 2x6, or 3/4 to 1/4 for windows or doors that are to small or wide so that there aren't any issues when the window and door installers arrive.
- Nail a minimum of 1ft of 1/4 plywood outside doors and windows where its not already sheathed so that flashing can be installed.
- Fix or add anything that other trades request.
- Frame a drop ceiling/soffit where needed and making sure its level.

- Dig trenches as well as cut, bend, tie and setup rebar before pouring concrete mix.
- Make mortar mix with or without the machine mixer for the masons that are laying bricks.
- Measure and cut bricks with skill saw when needed.
- Cut and clean excess mix from wall before brushing it, leaving a nice and smooth finish.
- Help bring the pump from the concrete truck to the back of the house while working out you're way back to the truck.
- Help unload all bricks that we'll be used near where masons will build walls.
