I was that kid who who wanted to be just like his dad, I loved the cool toys, installing along side him on golf courses and playing with sprinklers. Little did I know how my journey would turn out and how different Blue Jay would look today. I had 27 years of working along side my dad where he mentored, coached and equipped me into the man I am today. In 2016, I shared my vision for where I wanted to take Blue Jay and he allowed me to run with my vision and supported me as I started that journey. I took over as President of our company when my dad passed away in 2018. Fortunately, we had already been pouring the principles my dad instilled in me into our team as we both knew that we couldn't make our vision a reality without a great team rowing the boat in that same direction. Together with our team, we took our 1 location with 40 team members company in 2019 to having 5 locations with over 80 team members on our team today. As a team, we increased our Revenue by 2.5x with 65% of that revenue being recurring while maintain a healthy profit that we can reinvest in our growth.
