Had the opportunity to pilot many firsts under the umbrella of Maitree like Summer Camp. Introduced Maitree Champs concept and Account wise Branch Score Card for Engagement events. Introduced CS club to the branch which still is a part of the Branch Maitree Club at Kochi.   • HR Business Partner for TCS Canada:
  • As HR Business Partner, primarily responsible to effectively deploy processes, create awareness on organizational policy and bring in compliance on geography specific guidelines for over 950 associates.
  • Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and networking skills with business leaders.
  • Drives customized and focused associate engagement initiatives for the accounts leveraging organizational systems and metrics.
  • Enables and participates in driving various CSR and DEI initiatives in the geography by collaborating with respective process owners.
