· Conceptualized and Deployed CS Initiative on Conversational English learning program for support staff at ILP Trivandrum which won recognition from Mrs. Mala Ramadorai during her visit in 2010.
· Recognised for highest volunteering contribution in “Environmental Initiatives” in TCS-Maitree activities under Small Branch (India) Category in 2012.
· Program Management – Corporate Fit4Life challenge (Fit4Life initiative) at Kochi in 2014 and 2015 which witnessed close to 2k participants.
· TCS Kerala wins “Best Performing Branch” award during Blitz 2019.
· Headed Workforce management for erstwhile Utilities spearheading growth with 3808 net won additions during 2015- 2017.

· Fit4Life lead : Instrumental in initiating Fit4Life in TCS Canada , forming Fit4Life core team and organising first post covid event -Badminton Tournament for the geography .
