In recent years, I have taken on the role of HR business partner. I have been able to leverage my experience in human resources management with merchants and store managers at Sobeys. My analytical skills and work experience in the retail sector have been utilized both in my role as a business partner and on various projects related to labor relations and compensation. Currently, I am actively contributing to the implementation of the new workforce management system, Dayforce. For nearly eight years, I have also shared my expertise and knowledge with colleagues in my department and other departments, including payroll, labor relations, compensation, and operations.
