• Install and support plumbing and sprinkler systems/branches
• Cutting, coring, drilling through concrete, timber, plywood for piping and support
• Test systems/branches and repair
• Piped in storm drainage lines, sanitary and vent, underground piping in dirt or rebar slabs
• Piped bathroom groups, lavatories, showers, water fountains
• Assist with tankless heater hook ups, hand dig underground residential drainage system, heated driveway installation with cast in access box
• Install water closets, ductless heating/cooling, faucets and drainage in homes
• Work with other apprentices on laborer duties on stripping formwork, unloading materials/equipment, installations
• Install floor drains, oil interceptors, perimeter drain tile, clean outs, catch basins
• Digging and bedding rock trenches for underground storm and perimeter drain in multi-residential building

• Multi-residential/Single residential/Commercial/Institutional plumbing on waterline/heating crew or individually
• North Short Wastewater Treatment Plant new construction, commercial retail units, primary/high schools, apartment condos, penitentiary, Katzie Pump Station underground force main upgrade
• Bathroom groups, kitchens rough-in, cutting, drilling, supporting piping, defects, tests, repairs
• Cut, drill, install supports for piping systems/branches
• Piping system 15 4"-8" pvc cast in concrete to floor drains/in floor cleanouts, storm, sanitary lines
• Cast iron piping of storm systems, tested and repaired
• Working inside rebar slabs
• Single family and multi-residential service and maintenance work from drain cleaning, fixture replacement and domestic water re-piping
• Replace temporary force main and rerun force main line into newly installed carbon force main into service
• Installed 40" ductile iron using rigging and torque up in accordance to specifications by municipality/manufacturer
• Mountain Institution water closet replacement, low voltage touchless installation assist for 2 buildings
• Heating and ventilation upgrades at elementary schools in North Vancouver involving mega press black iron schedule 10 pipe
• Deliver material to and from shop
• Maintain log sheet of pressure readings, wiring of water meters, wiring low voltage air handling units
• Gas meter piping and painting of system on roof top, pipe to fan coils
• Rigging/hoisting pipe for installation, zoom boom operator to move material for re-organizing, install 20" piping to temporary pumps

• Learned majority of piping skills with Eagle Ridge Mechanical
• Rough-in piping including gas/water heating, copper, cast drainage/storm, underground work, with some service and finishing
• Installed materials ranging from black iron pipe, CPVC, sweat/braze copper, cast iron, system 15 PVC, ultra-rib, restrained couplings w/ robars for patch jobs
• Install piping/drainage for lavatory, urinals, water closets, basins, and hose bibs
• Thread pipe for gas heating systems
• Perform daily task hazard assessments and hot work permit when required
• Assist with material take-off for gas piping
• Test piping systems with water and/or air
