• Worked with team of Social Navigators to support a client involved with the justice system to attend court, provided support with child support through CAS and provided support letters.
• collaborated with agencies such as YMCA, YWCA, CAS, school divisions to provide resources and support to families affected by homelessness.
• Provided referral services to community resources for new immigrant families to Canada to obtain immigration support, settlement services, educational support for kids, and language services.

• Provided mental health referrals psychiatrists and psychologists, daily supports in shift staffed homes, housing through independent living and shared accommodation, daily and weekly budgets to clients through stipends offer and savings in line with Govt EIAs who have involvement with the justice system.
• Collaborated with law enforcement, medical and government teams stability and smooth transition and integration for individuals with history of incarceration.
• Participated in archiving daily logs, incidents and behavioral tracking for individuals returning from custody.
