Ensure that internal audit findings are responded and addressed timely and adequately from the reports collected from all the branches. Provide necessary support to branch staff so that they can respond and address to the audit findings effectively.
Assess knowledge of branch staff at all levels to qualify for job performance.
Conduct regular quality checks on the compliances of the implementations of Standard Operation Policies and procedures and related regulations by conducting field monitoring visits, observations.
Monitor and ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures and best practices with respect to client acquisition, loan appraisals, loan disbursements, loan collections, overdue loans and default management and client protection.
Undertake surprise field visits, assessing a sample of loan applications directly.
Review and assist in improving the lending process to ensure compliancy to operations policies and procedures.
Coordinate with respective branch managers to check all possible frauds, irregularities, and staff misbehaviors, which results/may result in the losses of PF’s resources/assets and reputations, and report to Credit Monitoring Manager (CMM), Field Operation Manager (FOM), and Business Operation Manager (BOM) for appropriate solutions/actions.
Ensure timely reporting of the Monthly Branch Productivity, and Branch Manager Report from all branch offices.
Provide feedback and suggestions to Branch Managers on the areas of improvement within the branches.
Monitor branch systems and processes and identify. Potential areas for streamlining and increased efficiency.
For the above role, there were 7 Branch offices and 4 Outlets, under which I was responsible to check the requirements and inform the management team for support in the area of improvement to approximately 210 employees.
