- Knowledge on all ITSM ServiceNow modules such as Service Request Management/Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.
- Clear understanding on on custom app development from scratch.
- Configuration knowledge on Forms, Tables, Service Catalogs, SLA’s, Users, Groups, Roles and modules.
- Worked on ServiceNow scripts/policies such as UI Policies, UI Actions, basic Business Rules, catalog client scripts, Client Scripts and Data Policies.
- Update set creation and movement from one instance to another instance.
- Knowledge on table transform maps for loading data into SNOW
- Understanding on ServiceNow out of the box functionalities and best practices.
- Basic understanding on the Flow Designer for automating things in ServiceNow.
- Also knowledge on configuring notifications, idea on debugging with logs.
- Knowledge on Testing methodologies and Impersonate feature in ServiceNow.
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required.
- Creating application menu's, modules, and views as per the project needs.
