I am a Professional chef in training, and due to past work experience I have acquired many skills that will benefit me in a kitchen environment. I also have a good understanding of flavor principles and most basic kitchen concepts. I am certified in food safe level 1 and first aid level 1. When I was taking PC1 I worked in a school cafeteria, Which entailed serving restaurant quality meals to a large amount of students and catering a banquet for over a hundred people.
