Cleaning three houses a day, carrying out the following tasks:

• Cleaning windows, glass partitions and mirrors with cleaning products and sponges.
• Dusting;
• Vacuuming floors and carpets;
• Cleaning the floor, using mops and cleaning products suitable for the most varied types of floor;
• Cleaning the kitchen with the right products;
• Cleaning walls and skirting boards;
• Washing bathrooms, removing soap scum, mold and excess dirt from sinks and shower areas.
  Removing garbage and disposing of it properly.

• Contact and relationship with suppliers to prepare budget proposals;
• Developing CCTV projects (closed circuit television, fire and intruder alarms and access control);
• Preparation of budgets and calculations;
• Preparation of commercial and technical proposals;
• Developing the relevant documentation for projects, such as a descriptive memorial of the components in projects, technical data sheets and data sheets.

• Attend to new and existing corporate clients by e-mail, chat, video and phone call;
• Developing materials alongside the Marketing and Purchasing teams;
• Contact with partners/suppliers;
• Follow up on proposals sent with follow-ups from clients;
• Contact with clients to align product delivery;
• Integration in prospecting activities;

• Telephone, e-mail and chat support;
• Analyzing customer requests and complaints sent by e-mail;
• Opening an internal demand with the other areas, to analyze and solve problems;
• Relationship with other Health Insurance departments;
• Solving problems brought up by customers;
• Analyzing requests for concessions.
