I am managing numerous responsibilities in which especially to teach learners about Sikhism History

in their mother tongue (Punjabi).Not only helps students to attach with their culture but also keep God in heart and mind at all times which leads to enhance their concentration. Moreover, counseled and provided guidance to students regarding personal,academic, vocational and behavioral issues.

• Equipped learners with social and communication skills.

• Supported 5 students, improving their academic performance by 30% with personalized tutoring sessions
• Designed stimulating learning materials that catered to students' interests and strengths.

• Following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create consistency for the students
• Assigning homework and in-class activities based on the lesson plan

• Taking attendance and completing report forms.

• Visited each student in his/her home to tutor one-on-one or a team of 2-3 students
