• Assist with ordering of supplies and overall building maintenance and cleanliness.

• Follow all operational standards and guidelines for preparation of products and operation of equipment according to training.

• Supervises the team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed.

• Completes all required shift documentations (records waste and checklists).

• Trains, orientates and monitors new team members.

• Groom and bathe patients as needed arrange medications for use and organize supplies.

• Check vital signs of patients and communicating with physician.

• Help with mobility and transfers, including assisting clients in moving from bed to wheelchair or other positions.

• Ensure the living environment is safe, clean, and organized.

• Managed the care of 30+ residents aged btw 68 to 97 with daily needs including personal hygiene, dressing, being turned, being transferred from chair to bed
• Monitor changes in patients breathing rate, body temp, blood pressure, glucose levels and emotional well being
• Implemented group activities such as movie nights, storytelling, games that improve their health

• Assess the needs of the patient in the ward and making nursing care plan for all patients consulting with ward assistant
• Check vital signs of patients and communicating with physician
• Provide high quality patient care
• Provide comfort to the patient and maintain safety of the patients
