My role as a part-time Sales Associate has involved the sale of both decor and furniture. I always try to establish rapport with customers and provide them with information about products and design ideas. I have done In-Home and Virtual Consults for customers and created online plans on to show how the recommended Pottery Barn items would work in their own home. I have also conducted classes for customers in store. I have received the 'Catch the Spirit' award on 2 occasions. This monthly award recognizes the staff member who has provided excellent service and embodied the Pottery Barn ethos. In the current financial year my sales have totaled over $790,000 reaching the Silver status in the Williams Sonoma President's Club. I have built good relationships with customers, generated repeat business, and received excellent customer reviews.
