My role as a part-time Sales Associate has involved the sale of both decor and furniture. I always try to establish rapport with customers and provide them with information about products and design ideas. I have done In-Home and Virtual Consults for customers and created online plans on to show how the recommended Pottery Barn items would work in their own home. I have also conducted classes for customers in store. I have received the 'Catch the Spirit' award on 2 occasions. This monthly award recognizes the staff member who has provided excellent service and embodied the Pottery Barn ethos. I worked with various sub trades to coordinate renovation of multiple properties in Suffolk, including a 1570 Suffolk Longhouse, a rural timber framed barn, a New England Style new build and a 4 storey townhouse. I set up a Headache and Facial Pain Clinic within the Neurology Department at Ipswich Hospital. My role involved the triage of referrals, diagnosis and treatment of the diverse underlying conditions that can present with head, neck and facial pain. I worked in conjunction with doctors from several other specialties including Neurosurgery, ENT and Orthopedics.
